Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the early development of photovoltaic power station projects, including the site selection, layout, investment environment investigation, initial government communication, project application, and filing or approval;
2. Responsible for coordinating internal and external resources to ensure the project's pre-feasibility study, feasibility study application, project approval, grid connection, etc.
3. Establish a power station cooperative development partner model, and promote the development, construction, and sales of power station projects in the form of cooperation and joint ventures. With the assistance of professional and technical personnel, complete the solar power station investment analysis report;
4. Investigate and evaluate the feasibility of power station project development, organize and participate in project business negotiations, coordinate relevant departments and institutions, and sign business cooperation agreements; negotiate and sign business cooperation agreements;
5. Establish and maintain network relationships with regional governments, power companies, developers, design institutes, etc.;
6. Be familiar with the national policies and local policies related to solar photovoltaic power stations; fully understand the development plan and market competition of solar photovoltaic power stations in the region; provide valuable project development plans.
7. Assist department managers in managing department personnel.
Job requirements:
1. Engineering technology or business background in photovoltaic solar energy industry or new energy industry; college degree or above;
2. Familiar with the knowledge of pre-development, project management, project bidding and development of power station projects;
3. Those with experience in project development, investment, government public relations and other fields are preferred;
4. Able to adapt to irregular business trips according to project needs;
5. Possess good communication and coordination skills, planning and organizational skills; willing to accept challenges;
6. More than 3 years of relevant work experience in photovoltaic power station development is preferred. Salary details to be discussed!
7. Investment direction: Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Anhui, Fujian, Guangdong, Sichuan and Chongqing.
